Clayridge Lending's gas station loan calculator lets owners and buyers in Enid, OK check the monthly payment, total interest and total repaid on a fixed-payment loan from their own numbers, with a worked station example and the records partners review. It shows arithmetic only, not offers or pricing.
What the calculator does
It applies standard loan arithmetic: a fixed monthly payment that repays the amount over the term at the rate you enter. It does not know any partner's pricing and does not add fees, so enter a rate from a real quote and add any fees separately. Leave the rate at zero to see the principal-only payment.
Worked example for a station purchase
Illustrative arithmetic only. A buyer finances $400,000 of a station purchase over 10 years. Enter 400000, the rate from the quote and 120 months. The calculator shows the payment; multiply it by 120 and subtract $400,000 to see total interest. Then compare that monthly payment with the station's monthly profit from fuel gallons and inside sales, before owner pay. If the payment takes most of that profit, the deal is tight however attractive the station looks.
Our article on getting a loan to buy a gas station explains the rest of the purchase.
Gas station loan requirements partners usually review
- Seller's tax returns and monthly fuel gallons and inside sales
- The fuel supply agreement
- Environmental reports on the tanks
- The purchase agreement and your cash contribution
- Your own business or management experience
These gas station financing requirements vary by partner and are not fixed thresholds. Gas station and c-store funding covers fuel loads and store stock.
Gas station lenders and how requests reach them
Clayridge does not name individual lenders here. We pass a station request to funding partners that finance station purchases, and each partner reviews it and decides. A term loan is one structure; see business term loans. More tools are on the resources page.
